Square One is being built around a simple idea: a garage door should not merely operate when the technician leaves. It should be balanced, aligned, safe, cleanly finished, and tested as a system.

Inspect broadly
Look for the relationship between springs, cables, tracks, rollers, hardware, opener settings, and safety devices.

Explain clearly
Separate what failed, what contributed to it, what is worn, and what can reasonably wait.

Finish completely
Cycle the door, verify safety behavior, inspect the finished work, and leave the area clean.
